I guess its the art historian in me but as I passed this scene in Whitstable High Street, I couldn’t help thinking of the Last Supper, a bit weird?
This afternoon I spent a very pleasant couple of hours photographing Andy and his daughter; Humourist, drummer and chef, Andy publishes the popular Whitstable ‘Windfarm’ magazine, check it out on Facebook or on YouTube, and will soon be launching a new blog that will combining wit and cookery. This is Killy Nonis, an extraordinarily skilled craftsman who makes gypsy guitars based on the original designs used by Django Reinhardt. You can see and hear his instruments at www.killynonisguitars.co.uk.
The first shot was taken in his house, I couldn’t resist the light shining through slatted blinds. The second was taken in Killy’s workshop where he makes the guitars that he clearly loves.
